Laptop Screen (Matrix) and SSD Replacement

Problem: A client approached us with a laptop after a strong physical impact. Upon startup, the device displayed only a black screen.

Diagnosis: During the inspection, severe damage was identified:

• The display matrix (screen) was broken.

• The hard disk drive (HDD) was found to be faulty.

Solution:

• The damaged screen matrix was replaced with a new one.

• A solid-state drive (SSD) was installed in place of the faulty HDD.

• The operating system was installed and configured.

Result:

• The screen now functions correctly and without distortions.

• The laptop boots significantly faster than before the breakdown, thanks to the SSD.

Thus, the laptop was not only restored after a serious breakdown but also received a substantial performance boost.
